Hello there, I'm Abbie, an illustrator and researcher based in Leeds, UK. My work is informed by a concern with the values and aesthetics of British heritage and popular art. Through playful language and colour, my practice is a celebration of heritage crafts through contemporary application of letterpress and sign painting, printmaking and bookbinding. Contextual research is at the forefront of everything I do.
