IDEA GENERATION:
CONTENT
-educational tool for students [secondary school and uni]
-SELF CARE, sensitivity and awareness
-celebrating mental health as strength not weakness
-mindful practices/ healthy practices
-uplifting/ positivity
-combat repressed feelings
-promoting the value of feelings
-being able to speak to family and friends
-'nipping it in the bud' approach
METHOD
-touring exhibition or workshop, visit students unions, colleges
-engagement through interactive publication
-establish relationship with university unions and societies
-establish an in-uni society
-hotdog book spreading valuable information and reassurance [pamphlet to poster]
SUMMARY:
To educate and support an identified target group through mindfulness guidance and promotion of self care. A service that reaches out to universities and schools, offering resources and workshop models. Celebrating the strength that comes from self care through a 'nip it in the bud' approach, promoted through an in-house society.
